  • Ideal for timely celebrations and gift-giving

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders of $50 or more
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Perfect for budget-conscious shoppers planning ahead

Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from our extensive collection, including our Gift Boxes, Greeting Cards, Snow Globes & Water Globes, and all your celebration essentials.

Our Return Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Important Exceptions

To preserve the special nature of certain handmade and personalized items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized Ornaments (custom-made specifically for you)
  • Keepsake Ornament Club membership fees
  • Opened Gift Wrap and Gift Bags that cannot be resold
  • Specialty Ornaments with broken seals or removed packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact us using the template below or email us at [email protected] with your order details.

2Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your items.

3Package and Ship

Please include all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Ship your return to:

4Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We accept returns via DHL, FedEx, or EMS

Exchange Requests

Prefer a different item? We’re happy to exchange your product for anything of equal value from our collection of Snow Globes & Water Globes, Note Cards & Stationery, or other celebration items. Simply indicate your preference in your return request.
